Paid for the care you already give.
Each month, your pharmacy is paid for every enrolled patient based on the care time your team documents.
Example only. Payment is for care time your team documents for enrolled patients, so actual earnings depend on how many patients enroll and the time documented each month. "A mix" assumes a third of patients at each level.
Better care between visits.
Patients with chronic conditions often go months between doctor visits. RxRemoteCare keeps a care team in touch with them the whole time, alongside the pharmacist they already trust.

Questions
Does it really cost my pharmacy nothing?
Yes. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no cut of what you earn. You can stop anytime.
How much will my pharmacy be paid?
$25, $45 or $65 per enrolled patient each month, for 20, 40 or 60 minutes of documented care time. You're paid for every enrolled patient your team documents care for that month.
Who calls our patients?
Ava, RxHealing's automated assistant, calls them on your pharmacy's behalf and always says she's an automated assistant. She introduces the program by your pharmacist's name, verifies the patient's identity, asks permission to enroll, takes a short intake and gets them into a video visit with a physician. Anyone with questions she can't answer, or who'd rather talk to you first, is transferred to your pharmacy.
Who are the physicians?
Board-certified physicians from our telehealth partner. They create each patient's care plan and see them by video.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
Yes. RxHealing signs a business associate agreement with your pharmacy before we receive any patient information.
Does it cost patients anything?
Chronic care management is a Medicare Part B service. Patients may owe their usual Medicare cost-sharing depending on their coverage, and many supplemental plans cover it. We explain this on the call before anyone enrolls.
What if a patient doesn't speak English?
Tell us each patient's preferred language. We call in that language, and physicians use interpreters during visits.
How much time does this take my staff?
Your team keeps helping patients the way it already does. The difference is that the time is documented and paid. We handle every enrollment call and all of the scheduling.
